There are many classes in Apocrypha that players can choose to master, so we're here to help you learn how to get them and what the best ones are. From character skills to special attacks, all of these classes bring something unique to the gameplay.
How to Get All Classes in Apocrypha
Right now, the game has six classes that players can obtain - four Weapon Classes and two Character Skill Classes.

Rogue | Learn parkour skills like running, sliding, and climbing on walls. Rogue class can also pick locks and pockets, as well as walk on water. | - Talk to Nero NPC at the Flying Airship and go to the Sunken Bastille. - Complete Nero's mission by killing the guard. - Escape the Sunken Bastille and return to the Flying Airship to obtain the Rogue Class. |

Harvester | Scythe becomes your primary weapon and you can use the following five moves: 1. Veil Spiral - Dash forward to slash and inflict bleed on all hit enemies. 2. Seismic Reap - Slash downwards twice and inflict bleed on all hit enemies. 3. Scarlet Quartet - Slashes four times quickly and inflict bleed on all hit enemies. 4. Scythe Flurry - Three rapid slashes. 5. The ultimate Harvest Moon (Awakening) slightly changes all the above four skills, adding teleport and increasing damage. | - Obtain the Harvester Artifact by opening Lockboxes from Noir NPC. (4% drop chance) - After obtaining the Harvester Artifact, talk to Noir NPC again and choose Train Me option to obtain the Harvester Class. |
Shinobi | Katana becomes your primary weapon and you get the following seven moves: 1. Wind Dance - Strikes twice and dashes through enemies. 2. Flash Strike - Vanish and reappear mid-air and rapidly strike downwards. 3. Blade Tempest - Deliver three quick strikes. 4. Prosthetic Arm - A mechanical arm appears on your body and pulls your enemy into the air. 5. Spiral Passage (Ranged) - Requires using Prosthetic Arm. Starts a spiral in the air and crashes the enemy into the ground. 6. Whirlwind - Creates a whirlwind to knock back the enemy. 7. Eternal Bloom (Ultimate) - Stops time and everything around you. Enemies get a 50% resistance to everything. | - Obtain the Shinobi Artifact by opening Lockboxes from Noir NPC. (4% drop chance) - Afterwards talk to Noir NPC again and choose Train me option to obtain the Shinobi Class. |
Spellblade | Dual Swords become your primary weapon with the following six moves: 1. Dual Sword Flurry - Attack your enemies with two swords. 2. Summon - Summon a pink spellblade sword that removes all enchants. 3. Prism - Quickly slash three times, creating a triangle. 4. Elucidate (Ranged) - Send a slash towards your enemy. 5. Flare (Ranged): Multiple swords spawn in the air and fly towards your target. 6. The ultimate Requiem (Awakening) spawns a yellow spellblade and increases the speed and damage of all other moves. | - Obtain the Spellblade Artifact by opening Lockboxes from Noir NPC. (4% drop chance) - With the Artifact talk to Noir NPC again and choose Train Me option to obtain the Spellblade Class. |
Serpent's Fang | Spear becomes your primary weapon with the following five moves: 1. Uptilt - Strikes upward to launch the enemy into the air and then strike downward to crash the enemy back to the ground. 2. Devour (Ranged) - Summon a serpent to strike down your enemies. 3. Maelstrom (Ranged) - Create a tornado to knock back enemies. 4. Javelin (Ranged) - Your spear gets a lightning enchant and you throw it towards your enemy like a javelin. 5. Serpent Wake (Ultimate) - Transform into a serpent to either travel underground or and launch javelins on your enemies. Enemies can't deal damage when you are transformed. This is the only class that also has a passive Reflexive Strike (After dodging an attack, your next attack causes the stun on your enemy) and an M2 (Charge your spear and strike the ground to deal damage to enemies nearby). | - Obtain the Serpent's Fang Artifact by opening Lockboxes from Noir NPC. (3% drop chance) -Now talk to Noir NPC again and choose the Train Me option to obtain the Serpent's Fang Class. |
Keep in mind for the Weapon Classes, along with obtaining the artifact, you will also have to purchase the primary weapon of every class. You can do so from the Beowulf NPC standing at the rear end of the boat. Each of the four weapons (Scythe, Katana, Dual Swords, Spear) cost 10 Lunari, which should be easy to obtain, especially if you've checked through all the Sunken Bastille rooms during the tutorial.
Best Classes in Apocrypha

Rogue is simply a must-have class in Apocrypha, so make sure you don't escape the Sunken Bastille before learning it from Nero. After that, your preferred weapon will dictate the class/style you choose and master, with the Scythe + Harvester Class and the Spear + Serpent's Fang combos rising a cut above the rest, regardless of whether you want to prove yourself in the Arena or the Battle Royale.

Rogue | + Improves mobility with parkour skills and the ability to walk on water. + Obtain more Treasures as well as Lunari with the Pick Lock and Pick Pocket Skills. |
How to Get Lockboxes in Apocrypha

Lockboxes are the loot boxes of Apocrypha. You buy them from Noir NPC, standing to the right of the Captain NPC, and open them to roll for the various items and materials. Each Lockbox costs 3 Arena Vouchers. Arena Vouchers are a currency item that you can obtain by getting kills in the Arena and Battle Royale. When you open a lockbox, it will reward you with:
- Items - Rings, Amulets, and Necklaces
- Consumables - Food and Potions
- Class Artifacts -Rare items that have a very low drop chance
- Weapons
- Weapon Enchantments
- Armor
- Clothing
- Class Artifacts.
