There are seven starting races which you can have on your character in Rune Slayer. Some of the races are more powerful than others and even offer late game evolutions. But, at the core, having a synergetic class is more important for PvP and PvE situations. So, here's a complete guide on the best class combo for each race.
Human Race - Best Class Combos

As mentioned above, the Warrior class has the best synergy and combo with the Human Race because the Tenacity buff adds a 15% DMG Buff and 15% DMG Reduction when HP drops below 50%, making it ideal for a Melee or Tank class like the Warrior. Other classes like Archer and Magician can still get good value from the passive's DMG Buff.
Elf Race - Best Class Combos

For the Elf Race, the Magician class is a no-brainer because of the good synergy between the passive buffs and the stats which the class requires. Extra mana, CD Reduction, and even Movement speed, everything benefits the Magician as well as the Thief class with the added benefit of invisibility.
Orc Race - Best Class Combos

The 15% Base HP Regen passive of the Orc race is the ideal perk for synergizing with the Priest Class in Rune Slayer, which becomes even stronger in the late game. Other squishy classes like Archer and Magician also get good benefit from the passive.
Ailuran Race - Best Class Combos

The Movement Speed buff (+8%) is the signature passive of the Ailuran Race, with a ton of other additional resistance and fall DMG reduction buffs. These make it ideal for nimble classes like Thief and Archer. You can also try it with other slower classes like Warrior for dodging attacks.
Slime Race - Best Class Combos

The Slime is one of the rarest races in Rune Slayer, and provides a broken passive ability of +25% Immunity as well as Evolutions among other buffs which make it ideal for Physical attackers like the Warrior, Thief, and Striker Class.
Half Golem Race - Best Class Combos

Similar to the Slime, the Half Golem is also a rare race (6% drop chance) in Rune Slayer. Unlike other races, the Half Golem has three evolutions, namely Siege Body, Assault Body, and Crystal Body, which let you choose the buffs according to your needs. Siege Body is ideal for Warrior and Striker classes. Assault Body is best for Archers and Thieves. Crystal Body is best for Priests and Magicians.
Dullahan Race - Best Class Combos

The Dullahan is the rarest race (2% drop chance), and comes with various passive buffs which can be quite overpowered. The combat healing and undead body make the race ideal for synergizing with the Magician class and also with most others, out of which I prefer the Archer and Striker for their PvE and PvP potential respectively.
