After asking around and playing for some time, I figured that to get Sukuna, you have to get the Cursed Finger and eat it. This will enable the powers of Sukuna as a Stand for you, and you can freely use all of them. Here is how to get the Cursed Finger.

How to get the Cursed Finger to unlock Sukuna stand in Heaven Stand

To start, you have to head over to Heaven City, where you find Hakari and the shops, which is a straight walk from the jungle where you spawn. When you are in the city, you have to find the Wooden Boxes that spawn randomly on the side of the roads and interact with one to check if you randomly find a Sukuna Finger inside it.

They drop many things, but mostly Arrows and Rokakaka, so your chances of finding a finger inside them are extremely low, rounding at about 5%. So, the key here is to be persistent when finding boxes and looking for the finger in them.

A great way to find more boxes consistently is to zoom out your camera as much as possible and go around looking for boxes from a distance. This way, you don't need to physically travel there first, and then, if you see a box, you can go there to try your luck in getting a Cursed Finger.

Another way to get the Cursed Finger is from the Gacha Machine at the Gacha Centre, but that costs one Gold Coin for a random item, which is expensive, so boxes are the way to go. Once you have the finger, select it and eat it to get Sukuna, but make sure to remove your current stand from the inventory.
