How to Rescue Sam in Deadly Delivery
Sam is an NPC who appears tied up somewhere on a floor, usually beginning around Floor 10, with significantly higher chances after Floor 15. His spawn is fully random, but the deeper you go, the more likely he is to appear. You will find Sam tied either to pipes, fences, or bridge corridors.
To rescue him, approach and interact to untie him. He will then begin walking toward the elevator. While escorting Sam, monsters can spawn, especially on Black Fog levels. Staying close and clearing the route is the best way to ensure he reaches the elevator safely.
When Sam reaches the elevator platform, a message will appear confirming “Sam has been rescued.” Once saved, he does not need to be rescued again.
Rescue Rewards

Rescue Rewards
Successfully rescuing Graves unlocks the Veteran Class, which is currently considered the strongest class in Deadly Delivery. It has unique passive boosts and unlocks the Double Barrel Shotgun weapon. Since it is locked behind a rescue event, you might need several runs before finally finding Graves.
How to Rescue Mr Bill in Deadly Delivery
The third NPC whom you can find in the depths of the Underground is Mr. Bill. Similar to the previous NPCs, you will find him tied to a location, and talking to him frees him, as he returns to the Elevator.
