Find the Simpsons, similar to the beloved Find the Markers, is a scavenger hunt-style experience that plops players into the fictional city of Springfield and challenges them to find the various fan-favorite characters that have been hidden across it. Some characters, like Joe Quimby, can only be found in locked areas, which require certain keys (and in this case, a gun) to be collected in order to be unlocked.
Where to find the gun in Find the Simpsons
As mentioned above, Joe Quimby can only be found after you've collected the hidden gun and then the Yellow Key. To find the gun, open the map and teleport to Mr. Burns' house.
Once in front of the house, walk to the fountain on the right side and jump over the fence that surrounds it. Behind this fence is the gun we're looking for.
Where to find the Yellow Key in Find the Simpsons
Upon interacting with this gun, a short cutscene will play that shows Chief Wiggum arriving at the house, and the doors of the police station opening. Head to the police station to continue toward the Yellow Key.
Once inside the station, walk to the back-left corner and go down the stairs. Hidden underneath the stairs in the basement is the Yellow Key.

To use this key, head back to the main floor and walk to the back-right corner this time; then head up the stairs.
On the second floor is a second set of stairs that can only be accessed by those who have the Yellow Key.
On the third floor of the police station is Joe Quimby, and hidden on the roof of the police station is Mona Simpson.
