Where to find Yellow Feathers in Rune Factory 5

How much time do you have?

Yellow Feathers might seem a little pointless in a world full of enchanting items, but they do play a pretty large part in Rune Factory 5. The only downside is that they aren't that easy to obtain. With a drop rate of <1%, you'll need devote a whole lot of time to slaying not one Duck, but hundreds.

Finding a Duck isn't all that hard. In fact, they can be located all throughout Rigbarth and its surrounding regions. They also don't pose a threat and can be eliminated without having to break a sweat. But in order to gather the Yellow Feather, you will need to tour a fair share of the land and defeat a few dozen of them.

The most common places for Ducks to appear are Yumina Lake and Gadeus Grasslands. If you do not receive the Yellow Feather from the downed enemy, then you are more likely to get one of the two following items:

  • Yellow Down - 16% drop rate
  • Bird's Feather - 2% drop rate
