How to Summon Bonehilda in The Sims 4

Bonehilda is as multi-faceted as she is spooky!

Bonehilda is a classic character in The Sims franchise and she makes her return in the Paranormal Stuff Pack for The Sims 4. I especially enjoy summoning her, not only for spooky amusement but also because she is a courteous guest who does plenty of housekeeping. She doesn't even require payment, making her a much better financial option than hiring a butler or nannySo, how do you get her in The Sims 4?

There are a few circumstances under which you can summon Bonehilda, so consider this before you bring her to your lot. You may want her as a housekeeper, but you may also want her as a backup when performing paranormal duties. You may also want to embody her for a short period.

Summoning Bonehilda as a Housekeeper

Bonehilda can be her classic self and do the housekeeping for you. This is a straightforward method and what you'll do if you just want to summon her presence. You will need a séance table or to have the ability to perform a séance circle. Upon setting the table or the circle, summoning her will show up as an option when you click on your seance area. If you choose to use a séance circle, your Medium skill must be at least at level three if you want the option to summon Bonehilda.

Making Bonehilda your Paranormal Bodyguard

This method of summoning is a first in the franchise for Bonehilda, as up until this stuff pack, she wouldn't leave the lot. If you are an advanced Paranormal Investigator, you can summon Bonehilda to act as a bodyguard while you inspect a lot. She will fend off malicious ghosts, such as Temperance (an aggressive ghost NPC in the Paranormal Stuff Pack).

Embodying Bonehilda

This method is another first for Bonehilda in The Sims series. When you are further in your Medium skill, you will unlock the option to perform a Ghastly Ritual. When doing this ritual, there is a rare chance that you can be Bonehilda for a short period. You won't unlock any new interactions, but it is a fun feature to enjoy about this new Stuff Pack.

How to Add Bonehilda to Family in The Sims 4

Adding Bonehilda to your family will make it so that she will always live on your lot, be able to be controlled, and will interact with your family. Since this is a cheat, be aware that bugs can sometimes happen and that the experience is not always perfect.

To start, open your cheats panel by typing Ctrl+Shift+C. After this, type testingcheats true into the while panel in the top left. Then, go over to Bonehilda and Shift+Click on her body. Finally, choose the Add to Family option.
