Pro Game Guides has been acquired by GAMURS Group!

Hello, everyone! I'm here to bring you some exciting news and that is the fact that Pro Game Guides has been acquired by the GAMURS Group! You might be familiar with some of their other websites, including Dot Esports and Gamepur. We are proud to join such a distinguished company and feel that this will allow PGG to continue to grow and expand into the future.

If you are a bit worried about things changing around here, then you shouldn't be! I, Shaun Savage (Evident), will be joining the GAMURS team to continue writing and answering all your questions. Our recently added writer Mark Carpenter will also be staying on, and we will have some new faces joining that will be bringing you more content over the next few weeks. Ultimately, we intend to continue providing you with the great quality content you’ve come to expect while we expand the range of games we cover.

While we are excited for the future of Pro Game Guides, I wanted to thank everyone who got us to this point! First, I want to thank everyone who has been following along with the website throughout the time it has been on the web. This was started as a passion project and has grown beyond my imagination. Whether you are just now discovering the website, or you have been with me all the way, then thank you so much for being a part of it all!

A big thank you goes out to my wife, who has stood by my side through some rough early-years and has been integral in my success. She is one of the hardest working people I know and has inspired me to dig deeper when I thought I had nothing left to give. She is the foundation of everything I do, and none of this would have been possible without her help.

Another thank you goes to my mother-in-law, who has not only been an inspiration to my wife and I but has been a huge help throughout our business dealings over the years. If there is ever anything we need, we always know we can look to her for guidance when any situation arises.

I want to thank my mom and brothers, who have provided me with support over the years. My mom was one of the people who dragged me through my early life while I tried my best to torpedo my future. She remains one of the most trusted people in my life and continues to support me unconditionally. My brothers have been a consistent source of levity when things have gotten stressful, so I thank them dearly for sticking around with me over the years.

Finally, thank you to the GAMURS Group for seeing the potential of Pro Game Guides! We’ve been speaking to Riad Chikhani (CEO of the GAMURS Group) for a little while now, so I’m excited to finally ‘hand the keys’ over to them as we look to further grow PGG together. I look forward to exploring what we can do in the future and am very hopeful about the future for PGG.
