Where to find Flutter Slime in Slime Rancher 2

The world of Slime Rancher 2 houses several species of slime, one of the rarest of them being the Flutter Slime. These beautiful creatures have butterfly-like wings and feed only on Moondew Nectar. The following guide mentions where to locate these slimes if you want to collect their valuable Flutter Plort.

Flutter Slime locations in Slime Rancher 2

Flutter Slimes can only be found in Starlight Strand, the island situated to the south of The Conservatory and Rainbow Fields. As Moondew Nectar grows exclusively in this region, the presence of Flutter Slimes there is nothing but obvious. However, the presence of these creatures is confined to a very small area as shown on the map above.

Even in the region where they are found, you will rarely come across small, non-hybrid Flutter Slimes. Make sure to check thoroughly, as they may be hiding somewhere amongst the Largo Slimes. Furthermore, you can capture these creatures, bring them back to your ranch, and put them in a Corral. However, you will have to go back to Starlight Strand every time you want to feed them.
