In tactical JRPG Soul Hackers 2, you control a team of four heroes battling to save the universe. The turn-based battles see you summoning the power of various Demons to attack, heal and buff your way to victory. But how many Demons are there in Soul Hackers 2?

How many demons are there in Soul Hackers 2?

After completing your second dungeon in Soul Hackers 2, you’ll gain access to a new part of the city. The Roppo Realm is the home of the Cirque du Goumaden, where you can go to fuse Demons into new and stronger varieties. But you don’t have to have collected all the different types of Demon to be able to browse the potential menu, as circus owner Victor has a full Compendium of names for you to browse. There are a total of 148 Demons on the Compendium list.

While the list of Demons in Soul Hackers 2, the answer to, 'How many Demons are there?' isn't actually that simple. This is because the cirque du Goumaden allows you to fuse demons to make new ones. While these Demons are on the aforementioned list, you can choose the powers they bring across from the Demons you fuse to make them. Not only that, but they inherit stat increases too. So, each Demon you create can be unique, with tailored stats and abilities.

The main restriction you have is that you can’t take a Demon from the list that is a higher level than your main character, Ringo. Your first Demons, of course, will be just level one when you get them. But there are Demons on the list as high as level 95. So, you can be sure you’ll be getting exciting new Demons throughout the game.
