The way the Spider-Man game for PS4 ended has plenty of fans scratching their heads over what will happen in the sequel. The story trailer for Spider-Man 2 has already given fans a glimpse of what is to come, but it's clear a big question remains: what is going to happen to Harry Osbourne?

Spider-Man 2 theories: Harry Osbourne, Venom, and more
Most of the leaks for Insomniac's Spider-Man 2 have been proven false, making Reddit simply a forum for theories. The majority of the talk on Reddit has to do with Harry Osbourne and what role he will play in the game's story.
Based off of the end of the first Spider-Man game, Harry will likely be infected with the Symbiote. The final scene of the first game shows Norman Osbourne's hand on the glass of a bath Harry is placed in; right before it fades to black, a black hand can be seen matching Norman's.
The trailer for Spider-Man 2 shows Venom will be a big villain in the game, though some are theorizing Harry will actually become Anti-Venom. In the comics, Anti-Venom is a new version of the typical Venom acts more like an antihero than a villain.
Another interesting character fans are debating about is Martin Li. He was Mr. Negative in the first game, but it looks like he will make a return in the sequel, likely breaking out of The Raft prison. Some think he will either give Harry an antidote to turn Venom into Anti Venom, or he will be a villain for Miles to pursue while Peter goes after the Symbiote.
That leaves one character in mystery: Norman Osbourne. Considering the usual Spider-Man lore, he will probably become the Green Goblin at some point. The ending to the first game hinted at this, with Harry's recovery tank glowing green. Many fans think if Harry gets taken over by the Symbiote (or Peter kills him), that will send Norman over the edge, taking him down a villainous road.
