One of my favorite parts about Story of Seasons is the romance. You can develop a life with a few special characters in the world, but first, you'll need to develop your friendship with them by gifting them items they prefer. Nami is one character you can share special moments with called Heart Events, and these are essential for making her your future spouse. You'll need to select the right dialogue options and meet the requirements to trigger each one; this guide will show you how to view each event and properly make your Nami your significant other.
All Nami Heart Events in Story of Seasons A Wonderful Life
Heart Events with Nami are essential to growing your relationship with her and eventually choosing to live the rest of your Story of Seasons life with her. To witness these Heart Events, you'll need to develop your friendship with her by giving gifts to her and choosing favorable dialogue options for her. Here are all the events in order:
Nami Heart Event #1
This is the very first heart event for Nami in Story of Seasons and is more of an introduction to her character. You won't have any dialogue options in this portion, but you will learn a bit about how Nami enjoys walking around the valley and meeting her character in a brief cutscene. This is essential for continuing down the path to romancing her and making her your future spouse.
- Heart Level Requirement: None
- Trigger: Walk past the Lei-Over Inn when Gary and Nina are outside
- Time: Any time after 10am
Nami Heart Event #2
This heart event will require you to first experience Nami's introduction event and gain two hearts of friendship with her. To trigger the event, exit your farmhouse at any time between dawn to dusk. You will find her wandering around your farm. You'll want to choose the dialogue option, "Okay! Enjoy the farm," to continue her romance.
- Heart Level Requirement: Two Hearts
- Trigger: Exit your farmhouse
- Time: 7am to 4pm
Nami Heart Event #3
Continue your potential romance with Nami by joining her at the Bluebird Cafe one night after reaching four hearts of friendship with her. This will only trigger when Gavin, Molly, and Nami are all present in the cafe at 7pm. You will begin a conversation with her, in which you'll want to choose the following dialogue options in order: "Can I take this spot?", "Why'd you come to Forgotten Valley?", "Oh, nice," and, "I try not to think about that!" These are the best options to choose to gain her favor. You will also have the option to pay for her meal, but this won't affect her relationship status.
- Heart Level Requirement: Four Hearts
- Trigger: Enter the Bluebird Cafe when Nami, Gavin, and Molly are inside
- Time: 7pm
Nami Heart Event #4
This Heart Event is triggered only after reaching six hearts of friendship with Nami and when you are inside your farmhouse between 8am and 10am. Tei and Lou will come to the farmhouse looking for Nami. To continue the rest of this scene, you'll want to choose the dialogue option, "I'll look for her too." Time will then progress 3 hours forward.
- Heart Level Requirement: Six Hearts
- Trigger: Be inside your farmhouse
- Time: 8am to 10am
Nami Heart Event #5
This Heart Event with Nami requires you to witness a conversation with Tei and Nami in Lei-Over Inn, which means they must both be present at the same time. To better your chances of this happening, it is a good idea to head over to the Inn first thing in the morning after reaching eight hearts with Nami. After hearing their conversation, Nami will ask to work at your farm, and you'll want to reply with the option, "Of course! No problem!"
- Heart Level Requirement: Eight Hearts
- Trigger: Enter Lei-Over Inn when Nami and Tei are inside
- Time: After 6am

Nami Heart Event #6
This is one the hardest Nami Heart Events to do because it will require nine hearts of friendship with her and can only occur during Winter, but it is the last event before being able to propose to her. To trigger the event, enter the Lei-Over Inn when Nami and Tei are inside again; this time will have to be at night. When you enter the Inn, Tei will begin talking to you; you'll want to reply, "I came to see Nami." At the end of the scene, when speaking to Nami, you'll want to say, "Stay at my place, Nami," which will initiate your engagement with her and allow you to give her the Blue Feather.
- Heart Level Requirement: Nine Hearts
- Trigger: Enter Lei-Over Inn when Nami and Tei are inside
- Time: 4pm to 8pm (Only in Winter)
Nami Proposal Heart Event
You can propose to Nami once you reach at least eight hearts of friendship with her, offer the Blue Feather to her, and confirm that you'd like to marry her. Alternatively, you can choose to marry at the end of Chapter 1 if you haven't proposed to anyone else and have at least five hearts of friendship with her or above.
- Heart Level Requirement: Eight Hearts or more
- Trigger: Give her the Blue Feather or at the end of Chapter 1
There is so much more to experience with Nami after you marry her, including raising a child together. So keep giving her gifts and exploring dialogue options when interacting with her. You won't want to miss out on these special moments, so make sure to gift Nami all the proper gifts to speed up the process more and keep a close eye on how to trigger each one.
