Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is a fusion of two beloved genres, combining shooter and adventure games. But before you begin, I will tell you which character you should select first.
Best beginner characters in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League
There are four different characters to choose from in the game, each with varying difficulties based on specific playstyles. You can select based on whether you prefer melee, tank, close, or long-range combat.
Captain Boomerang
Captain Boomerang is one of the more complex characters in the game. His abilities work best for those who prefer to linger before engaging the enemies. He uses his boomerang to teleport around, dealing a combination of damage with his shotgun and sniper rifle. I recommend you use Captain Boomerang after you've gotten the hang of things.
King Shark
Every game requires a tank support character, and this role is fulfilled by King Shark in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. King Shark is primarily a melee character with a slower pace than others in the game. If you enjoy packing a heavy punch and having a thick skin, even at the cost of speed, I recommend trying him out.

Deadshot
Deadshot is your typical shooter game character. If you're familiar with this type of gameplay, Deadshot is the choice for you. He has your favorite pistols as sidearms, as well as snipers and assault rifles. He is one of the most balanced characters in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, in my opinion.
Harley Quinn
Harley Quinn is a favorite character for many even before they have played the game, and it's only fair, considering she has become a huge icon in pop culture. This also applies similarly in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League as well. She uses a grappling hook to maneuver, while her SMGs allow her to engage enemies at closer range than other characters. If you enjoy offensive gameplay, I recommend starting off with her.
In conclusion, if you are just starting out and looking to choose a character to begin with, I recommend selecting Deadshot or Harley Quinn. These are some of the easier characters you can start off with. Eventually, once you get the hang of the game, I suggest trying out all of the characters to find your niche.
