Texas Chainsaw Massacre is an asymmetrical survival horror game based on a cult-classic franchise of the same name that's become one of the genre staples over the decades in the United States. Being a huge horror movie and games buff, I couldn't wait to see what interesting characters will appear in this iteration. Without further ado, here is a list of all the characters in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

Every character in Texas Chainsaw Massacre, listed

Below is the list of all the characters in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre. We divided the list into the Slaughter Family, a group of killers that will hunt the victims throughout the game, and a list of victims themselves. Due to the game's asymmetrical nature, the players will be able to choose which side they want to play in the game: the members of the Family or one of the victims.

6 - Leatherface

Leatherface is the most iconic of all Slaughter Family killers in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre franchise. He is the most brutal killer out of all family members, wielding the infamous chainsaw, which he uses to a brutal effect, getting the Main ability from it. He is not a maneuverable character, but he makes it up with brute strength, using it to overcome his obstacles.

5 - The Cook

Drayton Sawyer, more commonly known as The Cook, is Leatherface's brother. He is the family's most dominant member and appears to suffer from multiple mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolarity, or multiple personality disorder. He has the Seek ability, which grants him to lean in and listen carefully to any strange sounds around the map. This allows him to expose a Victim making the most noise.

4 - The Hitchhiker

The Hitchhiker, going by the name Nubbins Sawyer, is a mentally unstable and murderous cannibal and a grave robber. He is the most threatening character of all, both sadistic and violent, albeit seemingly less intelligent than his peers, except maybe Leatherface. His Trap Ability lets him craft bone traps around the map, making the escape of his victims much more challenging.

3 - Grandpa

Grandpa is a non-playable character in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre game. He is a supporting character that gives buffs to the Slaughter Family members as time goes on but requires constant nourishment through Harvesting blood.

2 - Sissy

Loretta Sawyer, also known by her moniker Sissy, is the sister/cousin of Nubbins, Drayton, and Leatherface. She is the sneaky assassin, able to utilize her small size to navigate through tight gaps and hide to get the jump on unsuspecting victims. Her ability is Bane, which lets her craft poisons from local plants and then blow the powder in the faces of Victims.

1 - Johnny

Jonny is the only killer who hasn't previously appeared in any Texas Chainsaw Massacre movies. He is an apt hunter with a unique ability called Hunt, which allows him to track down Victims throughout the map by discovering their footsteps.

6 - Maria Flores

Maria Flores is a missing University of Texas student. She is kidnapped by the Slaughter Family member, Jonny. Maria is a non-playable character in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre, serving only to set up the plot.

5 - Ana Flores

Ana Flores is the sister of the kidnapping victim, Maria Flores. She has a headstrong and dominant personality. Refusing to play the victim and wait for the authorities to find her missing sibling any longer, she decides to take matters into her own hands and find her sister.

4 - Leland

Being a high school wrestling competitor, Leland is the strong guy of the bunch. During the escape, he can use his brawn to help the team in need but is still no match for the Slaughter Family members.

3 - Sonny

Sonny is of the smallest stature of the bunch, but he makes up for it with his intellect and exceptional situational awareness that can help him throughout the escape. His perception and intuition will play a vital role in keeping him alive and also make him a great addition to any team.

2 - Julie

Julie appears as a typical Southern California surfer girl, which doesn't appear to aid her well in the peril she finds herself in. But she may hold a trick or two up her sleeve, as she seems physically fit for the challenge ahead. The question remains: will it be enough to ensure her survival in the Slaughter Family encounter?

1- Connie

Connie is a true farm girl, used to hard work since she was little. Her unshielded upbringing and general knowledge of farming appliances may just prove helpful to her survival. She is intelligent, resourceful, and crafty, able to make do out of every situation, no matter how dire.
