As you collect the Grand Central Theater key from the chest, there are a few handful of things you should do before moving forward.

For starters, the room right from the chest contains a Soulstone. Make sure to break it before advancing ahead.

There is a Plague Cleanse Potion item as well under a statue guarded by an enemy. Make sure to grab it as well after dealing with the enemy first, which will likely drop Dragonknight's Helm, Chaos Cleanse Potion, and a few Transmutation Shards.
