Top Heroes is a mobile gacha game where you summon various heroes to join you in fighting monsters to gather resources and build up your base. If you're not sure which heroes to put on your monster-exterminating team, I've put together this Top Heroes Tier List to help you out.
Top Heroes Tier List - All Heroes Ranked
This Tier list ranks the heroes in Top Heroes from S all the way to F. For the most part, the higher tier characters will be mythicals that are either difficult to get or require you to spend money. Because of this, feel free to confidently use lower-tiered characters while slowly unlocking more if you want to be free-to-play. Additionally, you may rank some characters higher or lower based on the faction you want to play.
At the end of the day, stick to the characters that suit you best and use this tier list as a guide, not as a rulebook. This will be even more important as Top Heroes releases new heroes that change up the meta, like Tidecaller.

Best Heroes to play in Top Heroes
S-Tier Heroes in Top Heroes
These are the best Heroes you can find in Top Heroes.
Adjudicator
The Adjudicator is a League Tank hero skilled in reducing damage and buffing his team when properly upgraded and awakened. He will also unlock the ability to share his shield ability with his team and do a little self-healing. While he does not have the same survivability Sage has, his shields and debuffs make up for it to put him in S-Tier as well.
Desert Prince
The Desert Prince is a powerful tank hero who has abilities that allow him to reduce how much damage enemy skills do to both him and his allies. Additionally, he can deal True Damage to the enemy, which is vital when fighting heroes or monsters that use shields. This combined with his fast attack speed and skill damage reduction make him an invaluable tank.
Forest Maiden
Forest Maiden is doing particularly well in Top Heroes because of the hero Tidecaller. Tidecaller's release greatly increased the power of Nature teams to the point that other factions struggle to compete. Pair these two heroes with Pixie and a few characters of your choice to make a powerful team.
Paragon
Paragon is an offensive powerhouse. She can rain down AOE attacks on enemies, one of which will grant her a shield based on how much damage she deals. While she shares the use of AOE attacks with Pyromancer, Paragon takes it a step further by also having the ability to buff ally attacks and reduce her own cooldowns as she defeats enemies.
Pixie
Pixie is a wonderful hero to have if you're creating a nature team. When paired with Nature heroes, she gains extra damage reduction, reduces her ally heroes' max health loss, and reduces soldier injuries after battles. To sweeten the deal, almost all of her attack abilities debuff the enemies in some way, from reducing their hit rate or attack to stunning them. This allows her to support her team as she deals plenty of damage to enemies.
Sage
Sage is one of the Top Hero Tanks with the highest survivability. This combined with their decent damage makes them one of the better tanks in the game. They also allow him to remain on a similar playing ground as the Adjudicator without having the same buff and debuff abilities.
Tidecaller
Tidercaller has been a popular hero since her release, and for good reason. First and foremost, Tidecaller is a support hero who not only provides good healing, but has summons who can tank damage. This allows her to cancel out more any damage than with healing alone. Additionally, both her own abilities and her summons can deal plenty of damage to the enemy team while she is healing. This puts her a step above supports who focus solely on healing, like Nun.
A-Tier Heroes in Top Heroes
If you can't get S-Tier heroes, these characters are the next best thing.
Bishop
Bishop is a Damage League hero best used with Paragon and Rose Princess. Since Tidecaller is currently Meta, the trio of the three should help you take out due to their bond bonuses. However, you will still have some difficulty taking on strong Nature comps, so I've left Bishop at an A-Tier.
Nun
Nun is considered one of the best healers in the game due to her higher healing capabilities and her ability to mitigate damage. The damage mitigation essentially allows her to "heal" allies by preventing them from taking any damage. However, she doesn't stand up to the all-around abilities of Tidecaller, leaving her in Tier A.
Pyromancer
The Pyromancer is a fire-based damage dealer that can light enemies on fire to make them take damage over time. Her spells do strong area-of-effect damage, making her a menace to both other players and monsters in the world. She's very easy to get early in the game without spending money, making her perfect for new players.
Rose Princess
Like Bishop, one of the most useful aspects of Rose Princess is her bond with him and Paragon. If you're planning to create a League Faction team, Rose Princess should be on your list. However, she cannot stand against the overpowered Tidecaller and Nature comps. This leaves her in the A-Tier as a good League hero.
Shaman
Shaman is a support-type character whose healing and regenerative skills place her above healers like the Minister or Priestess. Her Ancestor's Soul skill lets her possess an ally for a little under 2 seconds to prevent them from dying. Depending on your team build, this could give a second healer the chance to restore that character's health and prevent them from falling in battle. Additionally, upgrading her further will allow her to summon 2 wolves to momentarily join the battle after saving an ally with the previously mentioned skill.
Soulmancer
Soulmancer is a sacrificial character who absorbs a portion of the damage his allies receive and performs a high-damage ultimate skill upon death. This ultimate skill is highly likely to take out characters from the enemy team, especially if they're already lower health from your attacks. The fact that this skill is a one-time use and that Soulmancer needs to be fully upgraded to be worth using over other characters makes him an A-Tier on our list.
Treeguard
Treeguard is a Nature faction tank whose skill upgrades include increased health, damage reduction, and a few attack buffs. His self-healing ability puts him above other tanks like the Knight, who mainly reduce damage, by increasing his survivability. It also helps him take fewer resources from healers who primarily focus on characters with the least amount of health so that they can focus on healing others.
Warlock
The Warlock is a Support-type character who can heal and buff allies while attacking and debuffing enemies. His Whispered Shadows skill allows him to heal his weakest three allies while attacking three enemies. He's also able to give Allies an HP Drain and Attack Speed buffs using his ultimate skill. He doesn't quite stand up to Sage or Desert Prince but is still good enough to land in A-Tier.
Windwalker
Windwalker is a single-target, long-range Damage Hero focusing on burst damage to specific targets. He has increased attack speed and damage, allowing him to deal lots of damage quickly. He would work well in any Nature-based team.
