When will Frigg be in Tower of Fantasy?

Frigg and her weapon Balmung are scheduled to release on September 1, 2022. This is right after the Summer Seabreeze event ends and the Nemesis banner is over. Frigg will likely be the next limited-banner character that players can pull.
