Disney Twisted Wonderland is a mobile game that is heavily focused on the story. To get through the story, though, you are going to need to participate in things like lessons and battles. Of course, there's a limit to how much you can do in a day, and this is all tied to an LP system.
LP stands for life points and are used up when you perform actions in the game. When you begin playing, you will only have 20 life points, but this amount will increase as you rank up your level. The start button displays the amount of LP you will spend doing each activity.
Once you run out of LP, you can wait for it to refill. You usually get one LP per fifteen-minute span. If you don't want to wait then, you can use items to refuel it. Starshards refuel three LP, a bottle of star shards refuels 10 LP, and ten gems refuels ten LP.
If you wish to keep playing for an extended period of time, then you can just buy gems with real money.
