Bulldog and Stinger nerfs highlight Valorant Patch 4.07

Weapons nerfed, and a few bugs fixed!

Riot Games recently issued patch 4.07 for Valiant, and it brought a few changes for the Bulldog and Stinger. The official patch notes highlighted some much-needed changes for these two weapons. At the same time, fixes for a few bugs related to Agents were issued in this patch.

Bulldog and Stinger will now have a delay firing input while ADS-ing. This will prevent players from getting Burst Mode Accuracy improvements before the weapon finishes its animation. Switching back from burst firing in the middle of combat will have a different cost. However, players can still begin firing immediately while switching to hip-fire mode.

Similarly, Ability-based weapons like Raze, Jett and Neon's ultimate, and Chamber's Headhunter can now also be input-queued to equip after the current action. These changes will be significant for the Bulldog and Stinger, as players were often overusing the ADS mechanic.

A few bug fixes were also issued for Agents with this patch update. For instance, Yoru's ultimate animation will not directly equip the weapon while using ropes. Similarly, a bug was fixed where it was possible for Agents to defuse the Spike while using abilities. Skye's seekers will now break through the door at both sites on Ascent.
