What is an Unyielding Enemy in Warhammer 40k Darktide?

Just keep shooting.

The newest game in the massive Warhammer franchise evokes Left 4 Dead with its massive hoards of deadly enemies. Players will encounter a wide variety of adversarial creatures with different traits. Some antagonists, including some bosses, will be marked with the Unyielding trait. You'll need to know just what they mean by that to take them down.

Unyielding Enemies in Warhammer 40k Darktide

Simply put, Unyielding Enemies resist any attempt to stagger or slow them down. Abilities that would stop a lesser enemy in their tracks won't impact an Unyielding foe. An enemy like the Mutant can't be slowed down by any technique besides the Ogryn's Bull Rush, which only pauses it for a moment. Without the ability to stop these enemies, you'll need to employ different tactics to take them down.

When fighting an Unyielding Enemy, keep your distance and focus on dealing damage. Their attacks are savage and uninterruptible, so killing them is the only way to proceed. Most Unyielding Enemies rely heavily on melee attacks, so try to stay back and consistently pour ammunition into these powerful foes. The enemies may be hard to stop, but with four warriors blasting them at once, they'll have to fall eventually.
