By changing your Activision account location to New Zealand, you can, effectively speed the release of a new title by quite a few hours. It's a simple process, so here's how you can do it yourself.
How to change account location to New Zealand
Before I get into the method, note that this trick only works for Xbox users only. PlayStation user accounts are tied to a specific region when created; therefore you cannot change it there.
With that out of the way, if you're trying to play a certain specific game early, the first thing you're going to want to do is head to the Settings menu of your system. From here, scroll over to the Systems tab and navigate to the Language and Location menu.

Once here, you should see a few options that you can change, with one of them being Location. Select this and cycle over to New Zealand. This may automatically restart your system, but if it doesn't, go ahead and fully restart it yourself to ensure everything is working as intended. After a full system restart, head to your Game Library and attempt to play or install the unreleased title.
If it is the correct release time in New Zealand, you should be able to install your game without an issue, while still maintaining to use of your high-speed connection.
