Despite the Calamity being dealt with in the previous game, there are still only a few villages in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. It's always important to know where these villages are on the map, since they usually have the best stores, the best gear, and the best items somewhere within them. Here is where you can find every village in Zelda: TotK.
Where to find every Village Location (Map) in TotK - Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
There are eight villages in total in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. They are outlined with red boxes in the image above. Seven of them have stayed over from the previous game, Breath of the Wild. The eighth (Lookout Landing) is a new settlement that started after Link defeated Calamity Ganon.
Lookout Landing
This is the new area that Purah and company founded after Breath of the Wild. It's mostly used as a headquarters for the scientists of Hyrule to study Hyrule Castle and look for Zelda. That being said, there are still a couple of shops inside its walls. Lookout Landing is right in the middle of the map in front of Hyrule Castle (coordinates -0253. 0157, 0020).
Rito Village
This village is near the cold and rigid mountains of Hebra. The Rito are a bird-like people that share a resemblance to the same race in The Wind Waker. Hebra, in general, is a very cold region, so Link can find special gear in Rito Village to keep him warm. Rito Village can be found at the top left corner of the map (coordinates -3653, 1807, 0168).
Gerudo Town
The Gerudo Desert has only one main village settlement: Gerudo Town. This place is a haven for the Gerudo, who are a mostly female people. In fact, Link couldn't even enter without a disguise in Zelda Breath of the Wild, although that is not required in TotK. Gerudo Town can be found at the bottom left or south western corner of the map (coordinates -3868, -2948, 0033).

Goron City
Below Death Mountain lies Goron City, home to the tough, rock-eating Gorons. Temperatures here are very high, so Link will need special armor to walk around here. I find that Goron City is a good place to farm gems, though, since there are so many caves nearby. Goron City is located east of Hyrule Castle (coordinates 1611, 2433, 0387).
Tarrey Town
Players of Breath of the Wild might remember building this town from scratch. Tarrey Town, within the Akkala region, has a blend of different cultures. Both Gerudo and Gorons can be found there along with Hylians. Tarrey Town is east of Death Mountain (coordinates 3941, 1607, 0128).
Zora Domain
The Zora are an aquatic people, and their domain is in the Lanaryu Province of Hyrule. Zora Domain is surrounded by waterfalls, which Link can swim up if he has the Zora Armor. There also is a very menacing Lynel at the top of the mountain by Zora Domain. This area is below Tarrey Town, to the east of Hyrule (coordinates 3291, 0449, 0139).
Kakariko Village
This area is the home of the Sheikah, a very important tribe in the history of The Legend of Zelda. In Breath of the Wild, Impa called Kakariko her home. Link could also get the Sheikah Armor in Kakariko Village, which would help him sneak up on enemies and animals alike. Kakariko Village is in the southeast part of Hyrule, past the Dueling Peaks (coordinates 1831, -1059, 0150).
Hateno Village
Perhaps the most populated area in the entire game is Hateno Village. It's a bustling place, full of different shops. Hateno also has apparently become the fashion capitol of Hyrule, so Link is sure to find some good gear there. The village can be found east of Kakariko Village toward the coast (coordinates 3411, -2127, 0120).
Lurelin Village
The final village in Hyurle is tucked away in the bottom right corner of the map. Lurelin Village is a fishing town where plenty of exotic sea creatures can be found. The quickest way to get there is to travel through the Faron Woods (coordinates 2829, -3341, 0042). There are a good number of side quests and shrines Link can get into around Lurelin Village.
