I'm admittedly not the best at puzzles, so there are some Shrines in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom that truly stump me. Musanokir Shrine, filled with mechanisms like ball chains, bridges, and targets, is one of them. But I finally solved it! Here's how to clear Musanokir Shrine (Swing to Hit) with the full solution in TotK.
How to solve Musanokir Shrine (Swing to Hit) in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) - Puzzle solution
Upon entering the Shrine, you'll see a large gap you can't jump over, a movable platform, a ball and chain, and a block on the other side. Use Link's Ultrahand ability on the chain and attach the ball to the block to raise the bridge, then cross over the gap.
There's a locked gate here. Look to the left, where you'll see a large target on the wall with a ball chain dangling in front of it. Take the block from before and attach it to the ball, then use Ultrahand to pull the chain toward Link. When you can't pull it back any further, let go. It will hit the target and open the gate.

This next room has a locked gate, a block, a wooden log, and a platform with a dangling ball chain on a pulley. Use Ultrahand to attach the block to the ball at the end of the chain, then glue the log to the platform's top at a 45-degree angle, as shown in the screenshot below.
Pull back the block and the chain as far as it will go, and then let go to propel the pulley forward. The log will hit the target switch, opening the gate to the end of the Shrine.
How to get Musanokir Shrine (Swing to Hit) chest in Tears of the Kingdom (Zelda TotK)
The chest is on a platform in the room before the end of the Shrine, next to the wooden log and pulley. To reach it, move the wooden log to the platform to the right of the chest and place it upright. Climb up to the top of the log, glide over to the chest, and open it for a Large Zonai Charge.
Musanokir Shrine location in TotK (Zelda Tears of the Kingdom)
Musanokir Shrine is located in the Korok Forest in Great Hyrule Forest. It's really easy to find, and was, in fact, the first thing I saw when I entered the forest, so you definitely can't miss it. Its map coordinates are 0409, 2132, 0144.
