How to Make Clay in Little Alchemy 2

Clay: it's not just for art projects and ghosts.

Little Alchemy 2 is the cutest browser-friendly crafting system you've ever seen. You start with the four elements, and through trial and error combinations, you can create hundreds of items, from lava to wooden mills. Clay is, quite literally, one of the building blocks that you'll need to make to craft larger items.

If you are just starting out and only have the four elements, you'll need to make four combinations to end up with clay. To make a combination, simply pull one element onto the board and put another on top. They will merge to create a new product if they can result in a new combination.

  • You'll first want to mix earth and water. This will create mud.
  • Set the mud aside. Next, combine earth and fire to get lava.
  • Cool down the lava by putting air on top of it. This will give you stone.
  • Take the stone and combine it with the mud, resulting in clay.

Now that you have clay, your building potential has just skyrocketed. Combining clay and fire can get bricks used to build houses. Most interestingly, however, is that you can make humans with clay. All you'll need to do is combine clay with life.
