How to Get the Draco Race in Blox Fruits

The Dragon Race, also known as the Draco Race, is the seventh race and a part of the Dragon Update in Blox Fruits. It has a completely unique unlock path unlike other races in the game, which involves many steps on the way. But we're here to help you go through all of them!

Blox Fruits: How to Unlock the Dragon Race

Step 1: Unlock the Third Sea

The first step to unlocking the Draco Race is to get to the Third Sea if you still haven't done so. The path to unlocking the Third Sea begins in the Second Sea:

• Complete the King Red Head quest by helping him subdue Rip Indra.
• Defeat Don Swan, a Level 1000 boss.
• Complete the Colosseum quest.
• You must be at least Level 1500 to be able to enter the Third Sea.

Once all these conditions have been met, you'll be transported to the Cafe, where you need to speak to Mr. Captain at the Green Zone docks next to the bridge. As a result, you'll be teleported to the Port Town, the first island of the Third Sea.

Step 2: Get the Black Belt

The Black Belt is the final belt in the Dragon Update, which can be obtained after completing the eighth quest of the Dojo Trainer, including the first seven quests, too. This NPC resides in the Dragon Dojo on Hydra Island alongside three other NPCs, including Uzoth, Dragon Wizard and Dragon Hunter.

Here, you need to collect three bones on the Prehistoric Island, which requires special conditions to spawn, such as:

1. Sail into Sea Danger Level 5 or 6 (but 6 is recommended).
2. Explore the area for a while until the island appears.
3. At least one player on the boat must have the Volcanic Magnet in possession.

Once you find all three dinosaur bones on the island by playing the Volcano minigame, go back to the Dojo Trainer, who will reward you with the Black Belt. This excellent accessory grants:

• +16% Melee Damage;
• +80% Movement Speed;
• +1 Extra Instinct Dodge.

Step 3: Learn the Dragon Tether

After obtaining the Black Belt, speak to the Dragon Wizard in the Dragon Dojo. A prompt will appear with the "Dragon Tether" ability, which you must learn. Press this button to get the ability, which allows you to obtain the Dragon Egg.

Note that the Dragon Tether ability does nothing else, as it has only one purpose, specifically designed for the Prehistoric Island event.

Step 4: Obtain the Dragon Eggs for V1

The Dragon Egg is the last piece required for unlocking Draco Race V1. Here's what you need to do to finally get it:

1. After obtaining both the Black Belt and Dragon Tether, go back to the Prehistoric Island.
2. Complete the Volcano minigame once again.
3. Dragon Eggs will spawn next to the dinosaur bones once the timer hits zero.
4. You'll be able to pick the eggs if the relics still have at least 90 points of HP.

Once you have the Dragon Eggs in your possession, return to the Dragon Wizard NPC and exchange one of them for Draco Race V1, which grants:

• 5% health increase;
• 5% damage reduction.

Step 5: Collect Five Fire Flowers for V2

Draco Race V2 can be unlocked by speaking to Dragon Wizard once again. This time you need to collect 5 Fire Flowers and bring them to Dragon Wizard. These flowers spawn randomly next to dead enemies, respawning every 10 minutes.

It's recommended to simply restart the game to reset the respawn timer so you can get all five flowers a lot faster. Once you have them, bring them to Dragon Wizard and pay $1,000,000 for Draco Race V2, which grants:

• Speed buff;
• Fiery Flight ability;
• Flashsteps that deal explosive and burn damage.

Step 6: Defeat the Terrorshark for V3

If you want to further upgrade your Draco Race, then you must defeat the Terrorshark, a Level 2000 boss, that spawns in the Sea Danger Levels 2-6 of the Third Sea. Here are some tips on how to defeat it:

• Try to encounter the Terrorshark on lower danger levels, as that's where it's the weakest.
• Beware of its Typhoon Splash attack, which can stun you for prolonged periods of time.
• The best strategy to defeat the Terrorshark is to dash backwards and spam M1 attacks.
• The best fruit against the Terroshark is Mammoth, as you can get the Shark Anchor more easily.
• Awakened Magma can also be very useful to reduce the damage of the shark's attacks.

When you have defeated the Terrorshark, return to Dragon Wizard and pay $3,000,000 for Draco Race V3, which grants:

• Primordial Reign ability;
• Buffs nearby teammates damage by 15%;
• Debuffs nearby enemies speed.

Step 7: Unlock the Final Upgrade for V4

For the final stage of the Draco Race upgrade, you need to go through a whole series of events in the following sequence:

1. Craft the Dragonheart and Dragonstorm weapons.
2. Upgrade both Dragonheart and Dragonstorm to 500 mastery.
3. Obtain the Leviathan Heart using the Beast Hunter boat after defeating the Leviathan raid boss, which is summoned by Frozen Watcher at Frozen Dimension.
4. Drive the Beast Hunter boat through the waterfall on Hydra Island to freeze it.
5. Speak to Dragon Wizard.
6. Light all the lanterns to unlock the Vault Room.

Once you're inside the Vault Room, the next series of events should unfold in the following order:

1. Return to the Prehistoric Island.
2. Speak to the Statue inside the Volcano.
3. Put the three relics in their respective places.
4. Once you're teleported to the Dragon Dojo, interact with the Flames in the Hearth and pick an Ember.

This action will unlock the Draco Race V4, which can be further upgraded in the Vault Room. This final upgrade grants:

• Damage, speed, health, and regeneration increased by 10%;
• Dragon Pride ability;
• Thorn Mail ability.
