The Plant Pantry Update has arrived in Plants vs Brainrots, adding a new event where you can give plants to the new NPC, Chef Chubbeloni, to earn exclusive rewards. Unlike past events that focused on hunting brainrots, this one has you hunting for plants. So, to help you maximize your progress and grab every limited item, this guide explains everything you need to know about the Plant Pantry event in Plants Vs Brainrots.
How to start Plant Pantry Event in Plants vs Brainrots

To begin the Plant Pantry event, head to the Central Island, which unlocks after reaching Rebirth 1 and paying ₵1,000,000 Cash. Once there, talk to the new NPC Chef Chubbeloni, located near the center of the island.
Chef Chubbeloni will assign you a random plant request every minute. You must bring the requested plant to contribute to the pantry’s completion bar. The rarer the plant, the higher the contribution value you earn.
You should note that the requested plants change every 60 seconds. Moreover, everyone will receive different random requests. So, you can wait for easier requests (like Sunflower or Pumpkin) if you don’t own the rare ones. The event runs for 1 week from release.
Plant Pantry Event Rewards
Every contribution you make to the pantry grants you event points, which unlock progressively better rewards. These rewards include common resources and exclusive collectibles only available during this event.
Here are the key rewards you can earn:
- Cash & EXP Potions/Bottles
- Gears & Brainrots
- Size Potion (5 min)
- Cannonocci Seed
- Chef Chubbeloni Brainrot
The Size Potion is a new consumable that enlarges your plants for five minutes.
Best Way To Complete Plant Pantry Event
Since the plant request changes every minute and can range from common to ultra-rare, the best strategy is preparation. Here’s how you can efficiently complete the event:
- Buy Every Seed from the Plant Store: Having a wide collection of seeds helps you meet random requests without waiting for an easier one.
- Plant Everything in Advance: Fill your available slots with mid-rarity plants like Eggplants, Pumpkins, and Watermelons. They’re not too rare, yet valuable enough for progress boosts.
- Hold Onto Extras: Keep spares of commonly requested plants to quickly fulfill repeat requests and avoid wasting time.
- Skip High-Rarity Requests: If the requested plant is something you don’t have or is too valuable, wait a minute. The request will refresh automatically.

The Outlaw Plant Crate is a new premium, limited-stock crate available for 99 Robux. It can only be purchased from the Central Island store and contains rare Outlaw-themed plants and their Neon variants.
Only 250,000 crates exist globally, and around 98,000 remain at the time of writing, making it one of the most exclusive crates ever released.

How to get Forbidden Brainrots in Plants Vs Brainrots
The Forbidden rarity is the newest and highest rarity tier in Plants vs Brainrots, surpassing even Secret Brainrots. Forbidden Brainrots are extremely rare, typically spawning only during Admin Abuse Events or through specific storyline missions added in the update.
Currently known Forbidden Brainrots are as follows:
- Mano Del Blingo III
- Gianni Turbozi III
- DJ Spinzarino
These Brainrots are stronger than all previous rarities and are tied to admin-triggered events. Since they can’t be obtained through regular gameplay, make sure to participate in every Admin Abuse Event announced in the official PvB Discord.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
The event lasts for 1 week from release. After that, all exclusive rewards, including the Cannonocci Seed and Chubbeloni Brainrot, will become unobtainable.
Once submitted, plants cannot be recovered. It’s best to hold off submitting ultra-rare plants unless you’re sure you can replace them later.
Admin Abuse events are announced in-game and on official PvB channels. Join one early (usually one hour before start time) for the best chance of getting Forbidden Brainrots.
