How to Unlock Biomes in Plants Vs Brainrots?
Biomes are part of the Story Mode in Plants Vs Brainrots, and to unlock more biomes, you have to clear waves of the Story Mode. You’ll unlock a new biome each time you clear 25 Waves of Brainrot Invasion.

There is a 30-minute wait between each wave of Brainrot Invasion. So, while clearing the waves is easy, it takes a lot of time to clear all 25 and unlock new biomes.
Plants Vs Brianrots Biome - Brainrots & Rewards
Every biome has certain Secret Brainrots that you can only obtain by clearing the various waves. Most of the biome-specific brainrots are needed for Rebirths or Fusions. But, you’ll also see a significant increase in your earnings if you place higher-tier brainrots in your garden. Moreover, for each wave of Brainrot Invasion that you clear, you earn plenty of rewards.

Plants Vs Brainrots Biomes FAQs
Once you’ve cleared 25 Waves of Brainrot Invasion on the Grassland Biome, you will unlock the Desert Biome and the Biome Totem. You can use the Biome Totem to switch between all the biomes that you have unlocked.
Biome-specific brainrots only spawn in their own biomes and cannot be obtained by any other means. You can try and trade for them, but you’ll need something of equal or better value.
A Brainrot Invasion Wave becomes available every 30 minutes in the game. When it does, you’ll see a Brr Brr Patapim holding a weapon with a Battle button underneath on the right side of your screen. Click on it and start the battle to spawn a Brainrot Invasion wave.
