How to Get Frozen Flame Rod in Star Fishing
To get the Frozen Flame Rod in Star Fishing, you need to complete quests from three different NPCs, collect three Mysterious Orbs, and enter the locked Library Door. Read on to learn how to do all these things.
Obtain 3 Mysterious Orbs
There are three Mysterious Orbs that you can obtain by completing quests from the Bill NPC and the Mini Merlin NPC.

Once you complete these three quests, you’ll have three Mysterious Orbs in your inventory. These will be used in the locked room at the Library. So, now you need to focus on opening that locked room.
Complete the Librarian’s Quests
After obtaining the Mysterious Orbs, head to the Library and talk to the Librarian. He’ll give you the following two quests:
- Library Door [1]: Give 25 Quasar Core, 25 Blue Giant, and 25 Red Giant.
- Library Door [2]: Give 30 Blue Supergiant, 10 The First Light, and 15 Nebula.
Once you give all these materials to the Librarian, you’ll need to give him $1,000,000 to get the key for the Locked Door and complete the questline.
Place the Mysterious Orbs
Open the locked door in the Library and enter the room. You’ll see three platforms in front of you. Place the three orbs on those platforms to unlock the remaining area. Go straight, and you’ll reach a lava pit with some stones. If you fall into the lava, you’ll die. So, use the stones to reach the platform where you can get the Frozen Flame Rod and the Frozen Flame Bobber.
