We have compiled a full list of all Easter Egg locations in Asylum Life below, with detailed instructions on how to collect every egg, so be sure to grab all 20 of them while the Easter event lasts!

Easter Egg 1 Location

Starting off nice and easy, the first egg can be found on top of the large tree located in the center of the asylum, right next to the Talent Stage. You can climb this tree by jumping on it from the tall speaker closest to it.

The second egg is located in the corner of the dirt patch where the aforementioned large tree is planted, so it should be easy to find.

Head towards the back of the asylum and into the kitchen area, and you will find the third Easter Egg sitting inside a pot located on top the stove which is furthest in the back.

Coming from the kitchen, continue across the dining room and towards the gym, and in the large room just before it you will find a broken gas valve that needs repairing. Look to the bottom left from it, and you will be able to spot and collect the fourth egg.

When coming from the previous eggs, the fifth one is all the way to the other side of the Asylum's ground floor, tucked in the corner of a small dirt patch where two shorter trees are planted. Look for the lounge area with blue sofas and the place where you can take cleaning mops, and you should not have any trouble finding this egg.

You can find the sixth Easter Egg siting atop the shelf in one of the patient rooms on the first floor. This is the exact room where you respawn when you die when playing as a Patient.

To find the seventh egg, head towards the lounge area with a large flat screen TV located on the first floor. It is located close to the Haven suites. The egg itself is hidden at the base of one of the plants you can find there, and thus it can be easily overlooked, so keep your eyes open when looking for this one.

Head to the ground floor, and enter the laundry room which is located next to the Restricted Section which guards the exit from the building. Click the red button located on the far side wall, and you will be taken to the secret library. Once there, you will find the eight egg sitting on top of a bookshelf to the right side from the entrance.

You can find the ninth egg tucked away at the base of a plant just to the left from the entrance to the Laundry Room. However, the plant itself is in the restricted section so we suggest switching to Orderlies in order to get it without difficulties.

Now is the perfect time to start playing as Orderlies as the remaining eggs can only be accessed by them, starting with egg #10, which can be found in the Authorized room across hall from the Medical bay.

You can find the eleventh egg just outside the aforementioned room, tucked between some boxes and two vending machines.

Continue along the same path until you have reached the corner area with two blue sofas. The twelfth egg is wedged inside one of the nearby plants.

Head to the lower level towards the janitor's warehouse and you will be able to find the thirteenth egg inside it, precisely on top of the metal lockers, being held by a cat.

Exit the janitor's warehouse and make a U-turn towards the right side of the area, and you will find the fourteenth egg, sitting on top of a wooden pallet which also holds a large amounts of brown boxes.

To pick up the fifteenth egg, you will have to go to the central watchtower which is located at the end of the corridor to the left from the medical bay. However, the watchtower itself can only be accessed if you are a member of the Facility Director or Elite Protection Unit teams, so be aware of that fact.

The sixteenth egg can be found inside the Therapeutic Gym, which is located one level lower from all the previous Orderly - accessible eggs. There are sign posts directing you towards it, so you should not have much trouble in finding this one. The egg itself is underneath one of the bench presses.

You can find the seventeenth Easter egg sitting at the corner of a corridor which connects the Elevator Shaft and the Cubic Reception areas.

Continue through the elevator shaft and up the stairs until you have reached the entrance to the Orderly spawn point, and the eighteenth Easter egg will be waiting for you there!

The nineteenth Easter Egg is located behind the wooden pallet inside the corridor reading to the Research Labs. It can only be accessed if you are a member of the Facility Directors, EPU and Scientist teams.
