Meteor weather is the best weather event in the game right now. It gives you extra luck, the chance to complete your mutation index, and the chance to catch the best weather fish (each weather fish from the Meteor weather will give you 1715 Starlights).
When it spawns, focus on fishing as much as possible to catch mutated fish, high-rarity fish, and the 2 weather fish. You can scale the fish once the event is over.

To earn Starlights in Scale Slimy Fish, you need to give weather fish to the Thunder Siam NPC standing in the middle of the map. You can catch weather fish during Meteor (2 weather fish), Thunder (5 weather fish), and Aurora (5 weather fish) weather.
No, there’s no way for players to spawn weather events on their own. Weather events occur naturally and have a completely random spawn order.
