How to defeat the eighth boss in Praey for the Gods – The Aldrnari

The Aldrnari is the eighth and final boss of Praey for the Gods. This is a multi-part fight, so settle in for the long haul. You will take on several fire giants and a flying dragon throughout the fight. Make sure you have plentiful of grapples, healing items, and supplies before starting this fight.

For the first fire giant, you will need to shoot glowing sigils on its body. These are located on both shoulders and head. Take these out one by one with the glowing pod cannons on the ground. If you miss, they take a while to respond. Dodge its slam attack, which will also create lava on the ground.

Once you defeat it, activate the orbs and climb its body to the next giant. Use the same technique for the second fire giant. When aiming, this giant will move around more than the first so make sure to line up your shots. Its sigils are located on its knee, shoulder, and head. Defeat this one and climb it like the previous giant.

The third giant is somewhat more challenging. The dragon flying around will start shooting fireballs which have little indication of where they will land. Watch out for the lasers as you climb as well. Shoot this giant in the hand, chest, and head to defeat it. With that done, you can make your way to the top of its corpse and battle the dragon.

You will need to jump off and glide to the dragon. If you miss it, air vents will bring you back up. Aim for its neck; this is the first bell location. Activate the three orbs to make the bell appear. Once it does, strike it three times.

The second bell is located partly down its back. You will need to activate two orbs and climb to the bell's location. Follow the stone as it appears to find it. Strike the bell three times and move on.

The third bell is near the base of the creature. Repeat the steps for the second bell and strike this one three times once it appears. This will trigger a cutscene.

Make your way back to the creature's head and meet up with the giant wolf. Climb on its back, and it will walk you to the top of the creature's head and the final bell. Strike this one three times to defeat The Aldrnari and trigger another cutscene.
