You'll find this Shrine on the right side of the first dance floor near the beginning of the level. After clearing the room of all enemies, you'll have to take down a mini-boss before you can use it.

About mid-way through the level, you'll find this Shrine shortly after beating the pit fighter mini-boss and acquiring the Club Keycard. Exit the mini-boss room and enter the door to your left—you'll find a room lit by blacklights where a bunch of fighters are warming up and training. Once inside, turn into the first area on your left, and you'll find the Shrine against the wall.

Third Shrine

You'll find the final Shrine of the level just outside of the boss room at the end of the level. Progress until you find a bar/dance floor that's ablaze—two tough fighters guard the door to the Shrine. Take them out, and you'll find the Shrine on the right wall inside the next room.
