Where to get the Space Jump Boots in Metroid Prime Remastered

Time to head back to the Gunship.

It can be really easy to hit a wall in Metroid Prime Remastered, or more specifically, a piece of the game where players don't have an obvious way forward. One such wall is right after Samus gets the Boost Ball, as she won't reach any other places in Phrendrana Drifts. Well, that's because Samus needs to upgrade again, and this new upgrade is actually found right by where the game begins.

How to find the Space Jump Boots in Metroid Prime Remastered

The Space Jump Boots are located behind the Gunship on the Tallon IV Overworld in Metroid Prime. Players can actually see the entrance to that room if they stand on the gunship, but actually getting there will take a few gymnastics. The first thing players should do is head to Tallon Canyon as if they're going to Chozo Ruins. On the way, they should find a halfpipe to use the Boost Ball on.

This will take players to a secret path where they can use the Morph Ball Bomb to advance. Following this pathway will lead outside, behind the Gunship. Keep walking, and open the door straight ahead: the Space Jump Boots will be there.

At this point, players can reach the other door in front of the Gunship right by the waterfall. Simply head to the left of the waterfall and jump along the rocks to reach the door. This takes Samus into the Impact Crater, which becomes a very important location later in the game.

The only thing Samus can do now scans the clues for the 12 Artifacts. Players will collect all twelve to unlock the endgame, but most of them require Samus to get some late-game power-ups. For now, players can get the first Artifact, but not much beyond that.

Afterward, it's time to head back to Phrendrana Drifts. With the Space Jump Boots, Samus can finally reach the Chozo Hall that appears on the right as they enter the area.
