Best Lachmann Shroud Loadout & Attachments in Warzone

Lachmann Shroud is one of the three new weapons being added to Call of Duty: Warzone 2 with the Season 5 Reloaded update. It's the one and only burst-fire Submachine Gun in the game, hence, players may refrain from using it over the full-auto alternatives.

Nonetheless, I've put together the best Lachmann Shroud loadout that you can use in Warzone 2 and DMZ.

Best Lachmann Shroud Loadout & Class in Warzone 2

• Laser: VLK LZR 7mW
• Stock: Meer Recoil-56 Factory Stock
• Underbarrel: FSS Sharkfin 90
• Ammunition: 9mm Sub HP
• Magazine: 40 Round Mag

Since the Lachmann Shroud is a burst-fire weapon, you'll have to press the fire input rapidly for it to perform well. The attachments used here significantly improve the weapon's handling and mobility stats. The gun also has two barrel attachments, which I haven't used in this build. Feel free to equip the 170mm Grapple barrel for extra range or the 114mm Darkstar barrel for better mobility.

Although Lachmann Shroud isn't a full-auto SMG, you can test it out in resurgence game modes. I suggest pairing it with the following weapons and perks in your class setup:

• Primary Weapon: Cronen Squall / M13B
• Secondary Weapon: Lachmann Shroud
• Tactical: Smoke Grenade
• Lethal: Semtex / Throwing Knife
• Perk Package: Overkill, Double Time, Fast Hands, Birdseye / High Alert.

How to unlock the Lachmann Shroud SMG in Warzone 2

Players can unlock the Lachmann Shroud SMG via Sector E0 of the Season 5 Battle Pass. Complete adjacent sectors, i.e., E2, E3, E5, or E13, to reach Sector E0. Unlock the four base items in this sector by completing their individual challenges to reach the final reward. Finally, get 30 operator hipfire kills with SMGs to unlock the Lachmann Shroud base weapon.
