The girl in a red dress is one of the monsters in Lethal Company that you will randomly encounter on some of the moons. She is also known as the Ghost Girl, and, in my opinion, she is the most terrifying monster of all.
What makes her scary is the fact that she only hunts one player at a time, and only they can see her. So if you see the girl in a red dress, this means she is hunting you, but don't worry, there are a few things you could do about her.

How to deal with Ghost Girl in Lethal Company
The first thing you want to do is identify whether she is hunting you or not. Even if you didn't see her, you could still be haunted, so keep a lookout for the following signs.

- Giggles
- Heavy breathing
- Muffled audio
If you are being haunted, do not panic, as you won't be immediately killed by her.
