Palworld Breeding Guide

Don't worry, Pals will do the work for you.

Palworld has many mechanics, some of which can be hard to understand at first, and breeding is one of those. If you struggle to understand how breeding works and it's stuck without any progress, this Palworld guide is here to help.

Breeding is when you put two pals in the breeding facility so that they can give you a Pal egg. This Pal egg is the combination of two Pals you put in, so based on your choices, this new Pal you get can be quite unique and powerful.

The first step to breed Pals is to get the Breeding Farm, which unlocks at level 19, from the Technology tab in the pause menu and build it for 100 Wood, 50 Fibre, and 20 Stone. Once you build it, you will have to get a cake and one male and one female Pal.

After you have all that ready, assign the Pals you want at breeding by throwing them at the breeding farm and putting a cake to start the process. This will take some time, but once done, you will get an egg that you can incubate to get another lovely Pal.

Do I have to use the same Pals for breeding?

No, you can use any Pals as long as one is male and the other is female. It's better to use Pals that have different natures and abilities to get something truly unique. You can put the same type of Pals for some of them to get a different element with them, but otherwise, putting different Pals is the way to go for breeding.
