Best ways to get Honey in Palworld
The best way to get Honey in Palworld is a Beegarde farm. These Pals will drop Honey if they are assigned to a Ranch. However, they don't drop Honey as often as Chikipis drop eggs, for example, so you'll want to have as many Beegarde as you can. Despite them being around lvl. 20, these bees are tricky to catch.

Beegarde is a Grass-type Pal, so you'll want to bring a Fire-type team. If you are at a high level and so are your Pals, make sure not to overdo it. I had to watch too many Beegarde killed by my Vanwrym or Jormuntide Ignis before I could even think to throw a Sphere.
Bring some lower-level Fire Pals if you have them. They still need to be powerful enough to damage Beegarde quickly, or they will self-destruct. It's a balance that took me a bit to figure out. If you want to have more control over your damage output, bring a Handgun or Fire Arrows and take care of it yourself.

If you don't have the patience to deal with this balancing game, you can just find Beegarde and kill them all. If you go to the Mossanda Forest Fast Point at 234,-118, you will be able to see Beegarde flying around. There are also a few Beegarde usually trailing an Elizabee in the empty field at 245,-156.
Other Ways to Farm Honey in Palworld
You can also breed Beegarde, but considering you need Honey to make a Cake, this one might be difficult. You'll need to breed Fuddler and Eikthyrdeer if you want to get your worker bee.
Another way to get Beegarde and farm Honey is to complete the lvl. 31 Elizabee boss fight at 20,-159. After defeating this boss, they will be on a cooldown. After it's over, they will respawn so you can attack them again.
