In Roblox Type Soul, you'll need every possible help to defeat strong opponents. One way to improve is to use Essences, which are powerful moves that can turn the tide of the battle. Here's how to get all Essences in the game.
All Roblox Type Soul Essences List
Type Soul Essences are hard to find, so keeping track of them takes a lot of work. New ones may appear with each update, and some old ones may be removed. Remember that most Essences require a specific Path level and race. Below is a list of all Type Soul Essences.

| Bala Fireworks | You must be an Arrancar and 40 Kido | Area of Effect damage that also stuns targets. |
| Crazed Blitz | 40 Hakuda | Knocks back the enemy and evades the counter; be careful as it can't go through the block. |
| Raging Reiatsu | You must be a Soul Reaper | Bankai cooldown is lowered to one minute. |
| Extricate | 50 Medic | Deal 30% damage to yourself to heal allies for 20% of their health. It deals 10% damage and guard breaks enemies. |
| Gran Raikoho | You must be a Soul Reaper | You thrust forward and knock down an enemy. |
| Teppusatsu | Strike the enemy with a beam of reiatsu. | |
| Shattered Comet | 50 Speed | Rains down exploding shards at the target location. |
| True Blut | 99 Special | You get the effects of Blut Vene and Blut Arterie. |
Can I use any Essence if I don't have the required skill tree level?
If an Essence belongs to a specific tree (Kido, Healing, Speed, Hakuda, etc.), you must have 40 Skill Points on that tree to be able to use that Essence. You'll be removed from the game if you don't have the required tree level. To remove essence, use a blue pill.
How to get Essences in Roblox Type Soul
You must participate in Clan Wars to get a chance to obtain Essences in Type Soul. You won't stand a chance if you fight alone, so look for allies so you can get some wins. Another way of obtaining Essences is by converting Legendary items for Mythical ones, as there's a chance to receive Essence. To do this, you must find an NPC called Bong Bong in Karakura Town.
