You can check out our Isekai Saga Awaken tier list in the table above. All characters were ranked based on their fully upgraded versions. So, it's basically a priority ranking of which units you should focus on upgrading and summoning in the long run.
However, there are some characters that are OP for the early game, like Ren and Great Adventurer, and the tier list doesn't really reflect their power right now. To learn more about each hero's strengths and weaknesses, see the character summaries below.
