How to find the Spider Cave in Rune Slayer

There is no shortage of secret spots and ruins to explore in Rune Slayer and the Spider Cave is one such place. You may need to visit it to harvest silver ore, collect spider eggs, or fight the mother spider. Regardless, here's a location guide on finding the Spider Cave in the open-world Roblox RPG.

Where to find the Spider Cave in Rune Slayer - Location

Spider Cave is located in the Greatwood Forest, which is an ominous part of the map covered in darkness and haunted by fearsome creatures roaming under huge eldertrees. Follow the images and directions below for a step-by-step walkthrough on how to reach the Spider Cave.

1. From the base town of Wayshire, follow the path that leads in the north direction. This will lead you into the Wilderness where you'll find beehives and deer, which are no threat unless bothered. It goes without saying that you can ride your tamed pet to complete the journey quickly.
2. If you keep going straight north, you'll soon come up on a small climb leading to a humongous eldertree (marked in the second image above). Climb up and you'll enter the Greatwood Forest.
3. Take a few steps to your right in the east direction and you'll find yourself at an intersection (see third image). If you go further east, you'll stumble upon a random deadly beast (panther, dragon, etc.). Therefore, I suggest you go north for a safer passage.
4. Keep walking until you enter Ashenshire and see a rope hanging down.
5. Climb the rope to reach the treehouse village and head east to the Inn. Go to the platform outside the Inn indicated in the fifth image in the slide above.

1. Carefully make the jump to your right and land on the closest rock to avoid losing much health.
2. Once at the very bottom, you'll again spot the same beast roaming around south of you. Avoiding it and go to the tree in front of you in the east direction (see second image above).
3. You can easily climb up using the platforms around the tree and the surrounding hill. Upon reaching the spot shown in the third picture, head left to the east.
4. You'll then leave the forest's greenery and enter a rocky terrain. Thereafter, follow the passageway while keeping to the right and you'll spot some spiderwebs and spiders in the area.
5. Finally, walk through the opening shown in the last image of the slide above to enter the Spider Cave.

This was one of the safest ways to reach the Spider Cave in Rune Slayer. However, you can also make a quick run past the beast lurking around while riding your pet or simply fight the creature if feeling confident. Alternatively, go around the beast as I've shown in the image above, climb some rocks, head in the general north and east directions to reach the Spider Cave.

How to mine Silver and Spider Eggs in Rune Slayer

After entering the Spider Cave, you'll find some Spider Eggs nested in the web. You can harvest these using a sickle, just beware of any spiders in the area as they may attack you when you get close. Furthermore, you'll find a Silver ore at the same location that can be mined using an iron pickaxe. Deep inside the Spider Cave, there will be a big drop to a pit where the Mother Spider boss is hiding. Reaching the deep pit can be a bit tricky as you'll have to carefully make small jumps down onto the webs to avoid taking fall damage and falling to death.
