How to Unlock Blox Fruits Eagle Fruit Secret Moves
To unlock the secret moves for the Eagle Fruit, you have to upgrade it from the Mysterious Scientist. He offers the Admin Panel from which you can take quests for each move and upgrade them by spending some materials on them. Once you do that, you will be able to equip the secret moves on the Eagle fruit.
Where to find the Mysterious Scientist
To find the Mysterious Scientist in the Second Sea, you have to go to the Hot and Cold island. Get inside the main building here and go to the computer. Put the following colors in order to open a secret door: Red, Blue, Green, and Blue.
When the door opens, go inside, and there will be a ladder. Climb that to reach the top, where you will meet the Mysterious Scientist. To find him in the Third sea, go to the Castle on the Sea, and you will see him in the first room on the right side of the main building.

There are three secret attacks that you can unlock by completing their Admin Panel quests, and here are each of them.
How to unlock Aerodynamic Feathers
This quest requires you to investigate whether flying high in the sky affects your flight. To complete it, fly as high as you can, or 2,000 studs to complete the quest. After you do that, go to the scientist and use 300 fragments and the following material to craft it.

How to unlock the Flight Capacitor
Next, you have to store wind energy to increase your resources. To complete it, you have to use your skill moves on enemies while you are flying. Doing that will start completing your progress until 100%. Now that you are done, you will need 800 fragments and these materials:
- 6 Angel Wings: Common drops from the enemies at Sky Island in the First Sea.
- 2 Fool’s Gold: Dropped from the Ship Raid, Haunted Ship Raid, and Ghost Ship Raid.
How to unlock Avian Propulsion
Lastly, you have to activate the feather thruster for acceleration bursts. This means that you have to charge your attacks and use them on enemies until you reach 100%. After which you will need 1,500 Fragments, and these materials:
- 5 Angel Wings: Common drops from the enemies at Sky Island in the First Sea.
- 5 Electric Wings: Dropped by Piranhas that spawn in Sea Danger Zone 1 to 6.
- 3 Fire Feather: Drop by the raid boss, Tyrant of the Skies.
