The most basic of all minerals, Endfield's Originium is indispensable to starting your factory lines and keeping them well-powered. Here's the location list of all 17 Originium beds.
Originium Bed 1 - Valley IV, The Hub
The very first Originium bed the game will let you tap into has 2 mining nodes.
Originium Bed 2 - Valley IV, The Hub
Near the Endfield Core AIC area is another Originium bed, easy to power up and contains 5 mining nodes.
Originium Bed 3 - Valley IV, The Hub
Another rich location of 5 mining nodes and near the Core AIC area, making for an extremely valuable bed.
Originium Bed 4 - Valley IV, The Hub
The last Hub bed in Arknights Endfield is slightly tricky to tap into. You will need to break the powering mechanism on a laser gate just behind a powerful Bonekrusher, west of the actual Originium bed. To disable it, you will need to have already set up a factory line for producing portable industrial explosives. This will give you access to the entire elevated plateau and a 5 node mining spot.

Originium Bed 5 - Valley IV, Valley Pass
The only Originium bed in the Valley Pass of Endfield is making for an efficient mining spot for its 5 nodes.
Originium Bed 6 - Valley IV, Originium Science Park
The easily accessible Originium bed right next to the Infra-Station Sub-PAC contains 2 nodes.
Originium Bed 7 - Valley IV, Originium Science Park
In order to access the second Originium bed in the Originium Science Park in Endfield, you will need to progress the Kohl Plant side-quest. Make sure to prepare enough portable explosives (over 20 would be preferable). It contains 2 mining nodes.
Originium Bed 8 - Valley IV, Originium Lodespring
This easily accessible bed in Originium Lodespring section of Arknights Endfield contains 2 mining nodes.
Originium Bed 9 - Wuling, Jingyu Valley
This Originium bed near the Jingyu Valley Sub-PAC contains 2 nodes.

The other Maintenance Zone bed contains 5 mining nodes from which you can obtain Originium in Endfield.

A 2-node Originium bed is found a little north-west of the Maintenance Zone in Wuling City, surrounded by Bonekrushers.

The Originium bed closest to the Core AIC Area in Arknights Endfield is found a bit to the east, and contains 2 mining nodes.

The richest Originium bed in the Wuling City map is hidden behind an invisible wall that can easily be taken out with a hit. It contains 5 mining nodes.
All Amethyst Mineral Beds in Arknights Endfield
Though there's only 4 Amethyst beds available, if you manage to tap them all they'll be plenty enough for all your Amethyst product needs.
Amethyst Bed 1 - Valley IV, The Hub
The first and the richest Amethyst bed the game will provide is found right next to the Core AIC Area of Endfield, with spectacular 6 mining nodes.
Amethyst Bed 2 - Valley IV, Valley Pass
The Valley Pass Amethyst bed in Arknights Edfield requires you to bring power to an unpowered launch pad in the Bonekrusher base in the Valley transfer area. This 2-node bed is otherwise inaccessible on its high plateau.
Amethyst Bed 3 - Valley IV, Aburrey Quarry
The first Aburrey Quarry Amethyst bed is fairly easy to connect to power once you've brought it to the Quarry. It contains 2 mining nodes.
Amethyst Bed 4 - Valley IV, Aburrey Quarry
The second Quarry bed is relatively simple to power up, once you've opened the rope connection to the starting teleport point in this area. However, in order to access this entire section, you will need to obtain the Quarry Repair Logic first. This bed also contains 2 mining nodes.
All Ferrium Mineral Beds in Arknights Endfield
Ferrium is the most advanced mineral you are able to source right from the earth in Arknights Endfield. It can be accessed from a total of 17 mineral beds.
Ferrium Bed 1 - Valley IV, The Hub
Inaccessible until you've completed the Hub portion of the main quest, this Ferrium in Endfield bed contains 2 mining nodes.
Ferrium Bed 2 - Valley IV, Originium Science Park
The first Ferrium bed you'll see, but not the first one you'll be tapping into is found along Route 5 in the Originium Science Park. It contains 2 mining nodes.
Ferrium Bed 3 - Valley IV, Originium Science Park
The initial Ferrium bed you'll get to connect to your factory lines of Endfield is the super rich 6-node bed, right across the canyon next to the Originium Science Park Sub-PAC.
Ferrium Bed 4 - Valley IV, Originium Science Park
Another rich 5-node Ferrium bed is found down the Cliffside Trail in the same area, but you will need industrial explosives on yourself in order to clear the Aether corruption blocking the access to it.
Ferrium Bed 5 - Valley IV, Originium Lodespring
The 2-node Ferrium bed in the Originium Lodespring can only be accessed from behind the building that continues into the mesh fence blocking front access to it. This passage is hidden, but otherwise nothing is blocking it so it's available early on.
Ferrium Bed 6 - Valley IV, Originium Lodespring
Another Ferrium bed in Lodespring can be accessed easily from street level of the Temporary Stockpile. It contains 2 mining nodes.
Ferrium Bed 7 - Valley IV, Originium Lodespring
The next rich Ferrium bed isn't immediately obvious; you're going to want to approach the Aurylene hanging out in the corner nearby. The collapsing floor will take you to the underground cave where you can find this 5-node mining spot in Endfield.
Ferrium Bed 8 - Valley IV, Originium Lodespring
The next 2-node Ferrium bed is ready for access, but will take some distance to connect it to power properly.
Ferrium Bed 9 - Valley IV, Originium Lodespring
Make sure to have some portable explosives on hand to be able to access this 2-node Ferrium bed in the Originium Lodespring section of Arknights Endfield.
Ferrium Bed 10 - Valley IV, Originium Lodespring
The super rich 5-node Ferrium bed is found behind a patch of Aether corruption, so make sure you bring the explosives.
Ferrium Bed 11 - Valley IV, Power Plateau
Th large Ferrium bed of the Power Plateau is only accessible after you clear Wulfgard's personal quest in Arknights Endfield, as the overhead corridors in the Bridge Approach Camp leading to it are under lock and key before that. It contains 5 mining nodes.
Ferrium Bed 12 - Valley IV, Power Plateau
The 2-node bed is easily available from the Power Plateau main area when you drop down onto it from the ledge.
Ferrium Bed 13 - Valley IV, Power Plateau
Yet another 2-node Ferrium bed is found in plain sight on the Plateau Trunkway. Sometimes it's just that easy.
Ferrium Bed 14 - Valley IV, Power Plateau
Another 2-node Ferrium bed is found just a little more westward in the Power Plateau section of Arknights Endfield.

Best connected to power by falling from above, the next rich Ferrium bed contains 5 mining nodes.

Likewise benefitting from power connections from above, another Ferrium location in Power Plateau also contains 5 nodes.
Ferrium Bed 17 - Wuling, Wuling City
The only currently available Wuling Ferrium mining spot in Arknights Endfield is hidden away in the scenic Bugui Grove just north of Wuling Core AIC Area, but it's plenty rich with its 6 mining nodes.
