Gambler Challenge Guide

When creating your character, you don't need to be worried about too much other than being born in Las Vegas. So, start your character in the United States, and look for Las Vegas in the city options. Now, you should just age up and get through High School. If you have a high looks stat, you could go ahead and look for a job as a background vocalist. This will lead you to the singer career and help fund your gambling that you are going to need to do.

You might want to do the "Surprise Me" stuff during your earlier years, because as you get older you will have more of a chance to get hurt significantly. You have control on when you need to do it, so I would only use the option when you aren't at risk.

Once you've got yourself a bit of a nest egg, it's time to hit the casinos. Pick whichever casino you'd like, and depending on your bank account, you will be able to bet pretty highly. I don't recommend going too heavy, because you could easily lose it all in a single hand of bad luck. You will just need to hope to win your hands of Blackjack. The object is to get as close to 21 as possible without going over. You can use this Wikipedia entry if you don't know how to play. You need to make over $10 million gambling over your lifetime, which counts your losses as well. This is pretty difficult to do, unless you are lucky. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do to influence it.

Betting on horses isn't much easier, you will just need to get lucky. Head to the horse races and start betting on the ponies. You don't need to bet a lot, so just keep your bets low so you keep your money. You will just need to pick at random and hope they win.

With all of the gambling you've been doing, you will likely get an addiction as you are playing Blackjack. If you've already gained all your money and you didn't get an addiction, just start heading to the casinos and only bet a minimal amount over and over until you get the addiction. Once you have it, just head to the most expensive rehab center and you should be cured.

Now, all you need to do now is leave Las Vegas. Use the Emigrate option under Activities and pick any country you'd like. As long as this is successful, you will then be done with all of the tasks! Completing the challenge will get you a random accessory that you can place on your next Bitizen.
