With the Season 2 Reloaded update, some of the most needed developments arrive in Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific. The revamped version of the Rebirth Island is definitely a great addition, but several important changes have been made to the regular Battle Royale mode as well.

We've prepared a list of all the major changes that'll greatly impact the gameplay in Caldera:
- Base Health: The base player health has been increased from 100 to 150. This is the most prominent change with this update. The developers have decided to implement this change thanks to the success of the Iron Trials game mode.
- Armor Satchels: You can now collect Armor Plates from ground loot Armor Satchels, even if they have one equipped.
- Revive State: Ability to control your stance (prone or crouch) after getting revived.
- Gas Mask: After improvements to the Gas Mask animation, this change allows players to drop their Gas Mask from the inventory.

- Contracts (to be implemented): Big Game Bounty, Top Secret, and Supply Drop contracts from Vanguard Royale will be added to core BR. Furthermore, the Top Secret contract now will not trigger Most Wanted.
- Public Events (to be implemented): Cash Drops, Heavy Weapon Drops, Resurgence, and Restock will also be added to regular BR modes.
- Parachute: Added the ability to cut parachutes at any point before contacting the surface.
- Dead Silence: This Field Upgrade is now a legendary loot item; hence, it's difficult to find.
- Fire Sale: Discount on UAVs has been decreased from 80 percent to 50 percent.
