Ranked divisions are generally split into three separate tiers. For example: Gold is divided into Gold 1, Gold 2, and Gold 3, so any player that reached Gold (whether that is Gold 1 or Gold 3) will receive the same rewards for achieving that rank. The Top 250 and #1 Ranked Player are unique in that there are no tiers and it's simply a player's individual ranking on the leaderboard.
