Assault rifles are some of the best primary weapons in Call of Duty MW3, and there are numerous options to choose from. Below, I will tell you which ones are the best for you to use.
Top AR in MW3 Season 3
I've taken several factors into consideration while compiling this list, including the level required to unlock the weapon, its versatility, dependency, and the current season's added content. With each patch and update, many weapons in MW3 undergo changes that either buff or nerf the weapon.
For Season 3, here are the best weapons, in my opinion, listed in no particular order:
Holger 556

- Stock: RB Addle Assault Stock
- Underbarrel: XRK Edge BW-4 Handstop
- Rear Grip: Morn-20 Grip
The Holger 556 is a potent assault rifle in MW3. The rifle offers dependable range and accuracy, making it versatile for everyday use. With the appropriate loadout, the Holger 556 may even be excessively powerful in some situations. With 30 rounds in the magazine and 90 in reserve, the Holger 556 can be unlocked for use once you reach level 37.
RAM-7
- Muzzle: Shadowstrike Suppressor
- Stock : HVS 3.4 PAD
- Underbarrel: XRK Edge BW-4 Handstop
- Magazine: 40 Round Mag
- Rear Grip: Retort 90 Grip Tape
The RAM-7 is a compact bullpup assault rifle, which means the handling and mobility of this weapon are exceptional. The RAM-7 features a 30-round magazine with 90 rounds in reserve, and you can unlock this lightweight and quick-firing assault rifle once you reach level 25. Given its high rate of fire, the 40-round magazine provides additional firepower to overwhelm the enemies.
MCW

BP50

The BP50 is yet another compact bullpup assault rifle with a rate of fire higher than some SMGs as you deliver heavy base damage on enemies with extreme accuracy. The heavy barrel lets you use this assault rifle with almost no recoil. You can obtain the BP50 by completing the B7 sector of the season 2 battle pass.
SVA 545

- Barrel: STV Precision Barrel
- Stock: Mane V6 Stock
- Underbarrel: FTAC SP-10 Angled Grip
- Rear Grip: Citadel Grip
The SVA 545 is my go-to assault rifle when it comes to weapons of choice in MW3. Ever since I reached level four, I rarely ever change it out for something else. The SVA 545 has a 30-round magazine with 90 rounds in reserve. If you're just starting off playing MW3, you won't need to swap this assault rifle with a different one for a while.
When choosing an assault rifle, I always recommend using the weapon that brings you the most enjoyment, regardless of what the best or meta weapons may be. So, I suggest you try out various rifles before you decide on choosing one.
