The best ITRA Burst attachments for an accurate, long-range class in CoD Vanguard are:

• Muzzle - Mercury Silencer
• Barrel - Botti 300mm CXII
• Optic - G16 2.5x
• Stock - Perfetto Padded Grip
• Underbarrel - Carver Foregrip
• Magazine - 8mm Klauser 32 Round Mags
• Ammo Type - FMJ Rounds
• Rear Grip - Stippled Grip
• Proficiency - Vital
• Kit - Fully Loaded

Mercury Silencer provides the super essential sound suppression to keep you off the enemies' minimap while also improving the damage range. On the other hand, the Botti CXII barrel greatly improves the accuracy and range of the weapon.
