DMZ Cleanup Mission Guide

You may remember completing the Shadow Siege MW3 reveal event in Call of Duty: Warzone 2. In the event, you were tasked to extract Gas Canisters from the underground facility underneath Zaya Observatory.

How to complete the Cleanup Mission in DMZ

The Cleanup mission for the Tier 3 Shadow Company faction requires you to find the remaining Gas Canisters from the same location.

Where to find the leftover Gas Canisters in the Zaya lab

For the Cleanup mission, deploy into Al Mazrah and head straight to the Zaya Observatory POI in the central region of the map. You need to be quick because only a limited number of Gas Canisters spawn per match, and enemy squads may also attempt to acquire them. To give you a rough idea, you'll find the Gas Canisters inside the region I've marked with the yellow circle on the map above.

Take any entrance to the exposed Zaya Observatory lab and search the area for any Gas Canisters. In the above images, I've shown the location of some of the Gas Canisters. The spawn points for these items are the same every match, so follow the pictures and refer to the minimap to find the Gas Canister.

You can complete this mission in multiple deployments. So it'll be wise to grab a few of these items, exfil, and then come back for the remaining instead of risking everything you've collected.
