Changing the keybinds on CoD MW3 is as simple as going to the settings and looking up the buttons for each action. You can find the settings tab by clicking on the cog wheel that's on the top-right of the main lobby screen. Here is the process for changing the keybinds:
- Open the Settings from the main lobby
- Click on the "Keyboard & Mouse" option
