The Elite Operator challenge requires you to complete a series of missions to unlock rewards such as progression points and Calling Cards. There are a total of six challenges categories, each of which grants you 5,000 XP.

Furthermore, successfully completing all Elite Operator missions will give you a bonus reward of 10,000 XP. Hence, the effective reward reaches an overwhelming 40,000 XP. All six challenge sets are listed below.
- Challenge One - Get the highest elimination to death ratio (E/D) in a team game match:
- 1 time - 1000 XP
- 3 times - 1500 XP
- 5 times - 2500 XP and "Job Well Done" Calling Card
- Challenge Two - Win matches:
- 30 matches - 1000 XP
- 60 matches - 1500 XP
- 100 matches - 2500 XP and "Construction Zone" Calling Card
- Challenge Three - Get play of the game:
- 1 time - 1000 XP
- 10 times - 1500 XP
- 25 times - 2500 XP and "Stormdive" Calling Card

- Challenge Four - Get 30 eliminations in a match:
- 5 times - 1000 XP
- 15 times - 1500 XP
- 30 times - 2500 XP and "Sunk Cost" Calling Card
- Challenge Five - Achieve a 2.0 or better E/D ratio with at least 15 eliminations:
- 3 times - 1000 XP
- 7 times - 1500 XP
- 15 times - 2500 XP and "Hell Swarm" Calling Card
- Challenge Six - Get the most eliminations in a team game match:
- 3 times - 1000 XP
- 7 times - 1500 XP
- 15 times - 2500 XP and "House Call" Calling Card
Mastery Reward - 10,000 XP and "In The Breeze" Calling Card.
